• STEP 1: Dictations are retrieved from the TASP/FTP client server, then assigned to the designated Medical Language Specialist dedicated for the physician.
• STEP 2: The Medical Language Specialist transcribes the voice files on the precribed templates. Completed files are submitted to Proof-readers/ Editors.
• STEP 3: Proof-reader/ Editors review the completed transcripts/reports and make the necessary changes. The batch is then submitted to the Quality Assurance team. Feedback on changes/ corrections is sent to the Medical Transcription team for review and adjustments.
• STEP 4: The Quality Assurance team performs quality checks by random sampling. Feedback is sent to the proof-readers/ editors and transcriptionists.
• STEP 5: Completed transcripts are sent back to the client.
